As a Human Resources Business Partner – Retail, you’ll be an advisor and thought partner to leaders, elevating people strategies that directly support our Retail Asset Protection teams—the teams that help keep our stores safe, secure, and operating at their best. You will provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership to management and employees, delivering a full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support aligned with Sephora’s talent goals. Your work plays a critical role in supporting Asset Protection leaders who safeguard our people, products, and spaces, enabling a workplace where teams can focus on delivering exceptional experiences. The impact you make goes beyond policies and processes—you’ll help strengthen leadership capability, engagement, and accountability within Asset Protection, while reinforcing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
