About The Position

As an Asset Protection Partner at Sephora, you will be responsible for safeguarding Sephora’s assets and fostering a safe, inclusive environment for both clients and employees. This role involves collaborating with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink reduction strategies, actively monitoring store activity, and professionally managing incidents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining safety and providing excellent service.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
• Conflict de-escalation skills
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness
• Lead/join meetings and training to increase asset protection and reinforce safety protocols
• Maintain strong store presence
• Spend 75-80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment
• Partner with leadership
• Collaborate with managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Monitor & investigate
• Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses
• Incident response
• De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience
• Execute audits and reporting
• Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts
• Compliance
• Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
• Support multiple locations As needed
• Represent Sephora Testify in court on behalf of the company if required
