Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Development or other related field required.
- Three (3) years of experience as an HR Generalist or in an HR Specialist role (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Training & Development, Recruitment, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to plan and meet deadlines required.
- Must be computer literate; proficiency with MS Office software (Word / Excel/ Outlook) required.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English required.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems strongly preferred.
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP Preferred
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision of the Director, HR – Operations, in collaboration with the HR Management team, the Human Resources Business Partner maintains responsibility for Human Resources activities for assigned client groups including but not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, HRIS and compensation.
- Provides advice, counsel and follow-up on hospital policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Serve as front-line resource in assisting both employees and management staff with HR-related questions providing for total customer satisfaction.
