The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports the regional leadership, the field project management and support personnel, and the craft personnel of the Southwest and Northern Regions. This role will align personnel practices with operational needs to strengthen accountability while remaining accessible and responsive to the workforce. The HRBP plays an active role in the efficient operation of the Midland Hiring Center’s onboarding function, while coordinating with the regional offices and project teams to ensure onboarding is completed accurately, compliantly, and with workforce readiness in mind. The role oversees day-to-day HR processes for a distributed, craft-based workforce and partners closely with leadership and supervision to address employee relations matters, reinforce performance expectations, and support the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in the Midland office on a Monday to Friday schedule and is not eligible for remote or work from home option. This role currently oversees one (1) HR Coordinator in Midland, with potential for team expansion as regional workforce demands grow. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with regional HR teams, Corporate HR, and Project Support personnel.
