About The Position

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns HR strategy with business goals and provides professional HR guidance. The HRBP supports the company by working directly with HR Leadership and Field Support Center Leaders, managing organizational development solutions like associate engagement and performance management. This role helps drive change, develop and implement HR practices, and assess HR-related needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The HRBP with key stakeholders to drive organizational development efforts, fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion for strategic success.

Responsibilities

  • Align HR strategy with business goals and provide professional HR guidance.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and create insights that diagnose business issues, enhance associate engagement, and improve performance.
  • Contribute to developing HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, associate onboarding and offboarding, and talent retention, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
  • Ensure HR practices and strategies support business objectives and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Explore and understand emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on or usefulness to the organization.
  • Provide specialist advice on policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, and referring complex matters as needed.
  • Support the company by collaborating with functional leaders to manage organizational development solutions, including associate engagement and performance management while fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion for strategic success.
  • Support the development and delivery of succession planning processes, analyze data to inform policy development, monitor standards, and deliver information sessions for managers and staff.
