Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the United States.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development within healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilizes healthcare expertise daily to tailor HR strategies that address the unique challenges of clinical and administrative staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration with diverse teams, fostering trust and engagement across the organization.
  • Analytical skills are applied to interpret workforce data and develop actionable insights that improve recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations ensures compliance and mitigates risk in all HR activities.
  • Leadership and change management skills support the successful implementation of organizational initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
  • Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare-specific HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities
