The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide expert advice on complex employee cases and projects, manage program rollouts (including benefits), and ensure legal compliance. The position involves maintaining HR data, partnering with Talent Acquisition, measuring HR activity effectiveness, and staying current with HR trends and regulations. A significant aspect of the role includes managing the site drug testing program and performing research as needed. The duties are not exhaustive and may evolve with business demands.
