The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner leading the execution of HR programs for assigned business lines. This role is the first point of contact for executive leaders on HR-related matters and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) for complex items. The HRBP partners with HR COEs in service of the business to drive business value through enhanced operational efficiency and employee engagement. This role will support leaders within Retail and Business Banking and will be located in the Greater Washington Market.
