The HR Business Partner II supports the Mobile Tech – Southeast Region team by delivering People Solutions services and advising managers on day-to-day HR programs, policies, and processes. This role partners with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to implement people initiatives, support talent processes, and provide data-driven insights that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role is designed to be work aligned rather than leader aligned, allowing support to flex based on operational and business priorities. This position is hybrid, located in the Indianapolis Fleet office. Up to 25% travel is required.
