The Opportunity In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop and execute Human Resources (HR) Strategies to support leadership in achievement of business objectives Provide executive level HR consultation by driving solutions for business needs Work collaboratively across parts of BV executive leadership and other COEs Provide employee relations support for the Construction organization, The role will require 25% travelling. Requirements

8+ years progressive HR and/or Staffing experience
Workforce planning experience required.
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; Human Resources preferred
Master’s degree preferred
Strong knowledge of HR programs, policies and procedures understanding of Human Resource Information System(s)
Experience with supporting and coaching exceutive level leadership
Excellent problem-solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve)
Ability to manage several projects of functional areas concurrently
Strong long-term conceptual planning ability
Business acumen and ability to understand business metrics and financials
Experience developing and implementing HR procedures that drive solutions for the business

Identifies, plans, executes critical HR goals
Cultivates a partnering relationship with executive level leadership
Consults and provides insights to leaders
Is a change agent for implementing new HR programs, processes and/or initiatives
Acts as liaison between division and HR functional areas.
