About The Position

This position is for an HR Benefits Coordinator at Select Medical Corporate Headquarters located at 4714 Gettysburg Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. It is a full-time, hybrid role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The company is seeking a collaborative and innovative individual who is looking to start a career in the human resources field. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of applicable HR experience with a general knowledge of the payroll process and benefits administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets, analyze data, and create reports.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Oracle Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely input of employee personnel changes.
  • Support to employees and field HR in the area of basic HR policies and procedures, and benefit administration, including enrollment and eligibility.
  • Assisting with the daily operation of the HR Help Line, which includes addressing employee questions/issues, directing questions/issues to other areas of HR as necessary, and tracking calls as needed.
  • Providing scheduled routine reports to field HR, as well as providing reports on an as-needed basis.
  • Assisting with the routine audit of information within the Oracle HR/Payroll System.
  • Assisting with regular and routine processes associated with Benefits or HR Administration.
