We’re seeking a Benefits/HR Coordinator to join our growing team.The Benefits/HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Benefits and Human Resources departments. This position monitors 2 inboxes to effectively handle incoming inquiries. How you’ll make us better: Benefits Responds to team member inquiries related to benefits Assists team members with benefit enrollments related to health and life and disability benefitsAssists with the administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit programs Processes COBRA enrollments as needed Maintains the highest level of confidentiality HR Support Responds to and/or forwards as appropriate incoming inquiries into the HR Department in a timely manner Processes new hires in Dayforce ensuring accuracy in team member data Follows up with new hire onboarding to ensure timely completion Assists team members with Dayforce issues and escalates to next level support as needed Enters background check requests Sends welcome emails to new affiliation team members Responds to unemployment claim notices Completes employment verifications Orders labor law posters for new locations or relocating locations
