About The Position

The HR Consultant is responsible for facilitating the process for specified
lines of business across Springfield Clinic, coordinating HR development,
providing analytical and technical support, assisting in the design and
implementation of HR programs and strategies that ensure an engaged workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent professional-level HR experience required.
• Previous experience in HR required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Human Resources related certification (PHR / SHRM-CP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend changes to HR programs to better position SC in the marketplace.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements.
• Advise and partner with SC leaders on business and staffing needs.
• Develop, recommend, and implement HR strategies.
• Ensure prompt and thorough communication is maintained between HR and managers.
• Maintain a fast and efficient pace. Comply with the Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.
• Adhere to all OSHA and Springfield Clinic training & accomplishments as required per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
