The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Schedule requires on-site presence.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Coursework or background in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in HR in the service industry is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, evaluating hiring recommendations
Facilitate with new hire orientation and exit interviews.
Build trust among employees and promote company core values.
Address employee inquiries, conflicts and company polices compliances in a bilingual capacity.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Process payroll and benefit enrolment.
Employee Training and development.
Lead some HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Support HR Manager as needed.
Onsite presence and occasional client site visits required.
