About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, Finance, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in HR, Finance, IT, or ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Interest in learning enterprise cloud platforms

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to HR systems or ERP platforms
• Data analysis or reporting experience
• Integration or technical background (for technical track)

Responsibilities

• Participate in Workday training programs and certification preparation
• Support implementation and optimization projects in Workday modules
• Assist with system configuration, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with senior consultants, HR teams, and finance stakeholders
• Help analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Provide production support and system enhancements
