About The Position

This is a full-time position with excellent opportunity to learn various HR disciplines, build experience, and potential for future growth. The environment is fast-paced, supportive, collaborative, and busy. The role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage a multi-line phone system and multitask effectively. Candidates will have the chance to learn HR functions.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls, directing them appropriately, and managing call transfers
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have experience answering a Multiline phone system
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Have knowledge of basic office applications
  • Great attitude and Customer Service oriented

Responsibilities

  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • I-9 compliance for new hires
  • Helping with payroll request (Christmas Clubs)
  • Assisting employees with W2s, W4 and A4s
  • Computer skills to assist employees with portal information
