Under direct supervision, supports a wide variety of human resources functions within the Bank's HR department. The Human Resources Assistant assists HR Generalists and HR leadership in delivering core HR programs and services, including talent acquisition support, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS data entry, and compliance tracking. This is an entry-level role designed for recent college graduates looking to build a well-rounded foundation in HR within a regulated financial services environment. The Assistant will gain hands-on exposure across all HR disciplines while providing reliable administrative and operational support to the HR team. Essential functions will span tasks within Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Employee Relations & Culture, Benefits Administration, Compliance & Regulatory Support, HRIS & Reporting, and other duties as assigned.
