About The Position

We are seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to support our remote team. This role involves a variety of HR functions, including payroll preparation, employee relations, onboarding, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. This is a remote position with a work schedule of 10 AM to 2 PM US Eastern time.

Requirements

  • Experience with payroll preparation and PTO management.
  • Familiarity with tracking employee punch-ins/outs and overtime.
  • Ability to manage department benefits and expenses.
  • Experience in planning and organizing team-building events.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive matters.
  • Experience in handling employee relations.
  • Proficiency in training and onboarding remote staff.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing payroll, including PTO management and tracking, and hand-off to AP.
  • Assisting all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for staff.
  • Monitoring Overtime and irregularities.
  • Assisting with tracking department benefits and expenses.
  • Planning and preparing team-building events for the team in the Philippines.
  • Assisting the CEO with sensitive matters.
  • Handling employee relations.
  • Training and onboarding remote staff.
