About The Position

The HR Administrative Assistant is an entry-level support position responsible for assisting the Company's HR leadership team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides coordination and on-site support for Human Resources processes, employee communication, documentation management, and general office functions to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic proficiency in 365 Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative, office support, or HR-related experience
  • Associate degree or HR-related coursework

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee forms, and document collection
  • Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation (physical and digital)
  • Assist with new hire coordination and scheduling
  • Support HR administrative processes and day-to-day office coordination
  • Provide on-site support and communication updates to remote HR leadership
  • Assist with maintaining compliance-related documentation and workplace postings
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality of employees and company information
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
  • Support continuous improvement of administrative and HR processes
  • Maintain punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance
