Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Current enrollment in or interest in pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous office, customer service, or HR experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Scan, organize, and upload employee documents into the HRIS system
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Assist with HR clerical and administrative tasks
  • Help answer employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Support HR projects, recruitment initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
