Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Current enrollment in or interest in pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous office, customer service, or HR experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
Scan, organize, and upload employee documents into the HRIS system
Maintain employee files and records
Assist with HR clerical and administrative tasks
Help answer employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
Support HR projects, recruitment initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
