About The Position

EY is seeking an HR Analyst for their People Consulting team, specializing in HR Transformation. This role involves designing and implementing HR operating models and organizational structures, improving HR process efficiency, and advising organizations on people-related challenges, with a strong focus on change management. The position will drive large-scale change strategies, organizational design, and HR organization transformation. Responsibilities include supporting engagement activities from planning through implementation, identifying and managing potential issues and risks, and preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. The role also requires managing and motivating diverse teams, consistently delivering quality client services, demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, maintaining long-term client relationships, and cultivating business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. OR Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • 4 years of experience with large-scale HR projects in one or any combination of the following: while at a professional services and/or consulting firm; AND/OR as an in-house HR manager.
  • 3 years of experience with at least two of the following: change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery models, or HR process efficiency and processes.
  • 1 year of experience contributing to client pursuits by preparing proposals, including presentations.
  • 1 year of experience supervising teams of professional employees.
  • Travel required up to 50%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
  • Must be a "United States worker" as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor regulations at 20 CFR 656.3.
