About The Position

Resonetics is seeking an HR AI Automation Co-Op to help its HR team reduce administrative work and improve efficiency by developing AI-powered automations and agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. The role centers on identifying simple, high-impact business tasks and building, testing, and refining solutions that connect with common tools and data sources, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

Potential projects include an intranet HR bot that answers basic policy questions or directs employees to contacts and reference materials; workflows using ADP to create standard employee letters; data logic and automated audits to support accuracy; tools for enhanced and predictive analytics; and a prompt library for HR team members and managers. The co-op will collaborate with HR, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, document prototypes and learnings, and identify next steps. This is a full-time role of approximately 40 hours per week, running from January through June 2027.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities and processes.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience prompting and iterating with AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to draft, summarize, analyze, or automate work.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate AI-powered solutions, including testing prompts, validating outputs, and refining workflows based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR team to identify and prototype AI-powered automations for high-impact HR workflows and administrative processes using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop and iterate small automations and agent workflows connected to tools and data sources such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Test, troubleshoot, and refine Copilot and agent prompts, actions, and responses to improve reliability, usefulness, and user experience.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and map existing processes.
• Document prototype solutions, learnings, and next steps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
