The HR Administrator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and a positive employee and candidate experience. This role supports recruiting logistics, onboarding, employee programs, training, and internal communications, while also serving as backup administrative support for executive calendars and/or meeting logistics in HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role performs clearly defined professional tasks under close supervision while developing foundational knowledge and skills within the job area. This role is primarily based onsite at our Westlake Village, CA office, with an expectation of working on-site 4–5 days per week. Limited flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement may be available on occasion based on business needs.
