Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations, documentation, compliance, and employee communication
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes to ensure a seamless experience from hire through transition
  • Keep our office running efficiently through strong coordination and organization
  • Handle recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate coordination, and pipeline management
  • Facilitate benefits administration and employee needs
  • Partner with our managed service provider (MSP) to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure systems run smoothly
  • Track and report on key metrics to help us stay aligned and informed
