About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. T1 is looking to hire a high-trust Executive Administrator supporting T1 Energy's corporate HR function. You'll initially provide coverage for day-to-day HRBP responsibilities during a maternity leave, while also acting as the operational and administrative backbone for the VP of Human Resources. Once the HRBP returns, this role will transition into a long term Executive Administrator position focused on coordination, follow-through, and keeping HR leadership operating at full speed. This role is ideal for someone exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable providing structure, reminders, and operational support in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience in an executive assistant, executive administrator, and operations support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting HR and People teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the VP of Human Resources.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities with strong judgement.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across the HR team and cross-functional partners.
  • Support HRBP coverage during maternity leave by coordinating onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, reporting, and employee-facing processes.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, presentations, and internal HR materials.
  • Maintain confidential personnel records, documentation, and compliance files.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Transition into ongoing executive and administrative support once coverage period ends.
