About The Position

The purpose of this position is to "seek to bring forth and establish the cause of Zion." This position is a journeyman role that exists to support Headquarters Facilities by providing and maintaining the physical accommodations for Church Departments and Priesthood Leaders. The expectation is to provide preventative and corrective maintenance, and construction for these facilities, to portray an image of dignity, integrity, and respectability with a justifiable standard of time, quality, and cost. Performs all phases of journeyman level carpentry work. Should specialize in Hardscape and Flooring, pavers, retaining walls, hardwood, laminate, LVP, LVT, carpet, etc. Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. Requirements

• Journeyman level carpentry skills.
• Specialization in Hardscape and Flooring, pavers, retaining walls, hardwood, laminate, LVP, LVT, carpet, etc.
• Must be a member of the Church who is worthy of a temple recommend.
