About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead our crews in installing high-quality patios, retaining walls, pavers, natural stone, and outdoor living spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering beautiful, durable hardscape projects with a small crew.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Basic Bobcat/skid steer experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- CDL or pickup experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead crews in installing high-quality patios, retaining walls, pavers, natural stone, and outdoor living spaces.
- Deliver beautiful, durable hardscape projects with a small crew.
- Lead 2-4 people (typically 1 technician + 1-2 laborers).
