About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a HQ AV Deskside Technician to provide Deskside Services at USMS Headquarters. This role involves delivering on-site support for immediate walk-up assistance during business hours. The technician will specialize in audiovisual equipment setup, troubleshooting, and conference room technology maintenance to minimize business disruptions.

Requirements

• AV equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Conference room technology (audio, displays)
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
• Proactive AV inspections
• Customer service
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
