About The Position

North Idaho College is seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused professional to serve as Enrollment Specialist for its Health Professions and Nursing programs. This position is crucial for supporting the selective admissions processes of highly competitive healthcare programs designed to prepare students for impactful careers in the region. The Enrollment Specialist will coordinate and process application materials, manage admissions timelines and workflows, maintain audit-ready student records, and support standardized testing coordination and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with Health Professions and Nursing staff, Enrollment Services, and Student Success Navigators to ensure accurate evaluation, ranking, and tracking of applicants, while adhering to institutional and program requirements. Additionally, the position will assist with reporting, communication workflows, recruitment activities, and provide operational support during peak admissions periods. The college is looking for an individual with strong organizational and customer service skills who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Successful candidates should possess exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment in handling confidential records, and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and professionally. Effective communication, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and comfort with technology systems, databases, and reporting tools are essential for supporting efficient enrollment operations. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and two years of full-time equivalent related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential records.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • Current valid Driver’s License.
