About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores.
- Engage customers and build rapport by creating a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with management and staff at the assigned store.
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
- Keep product displays clean, functional, and ready for demonstrations.
- Report activity and provide competitive insights.
- Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
- Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly sales quotas.
- Welcome customers courteously, offer assistance, and escort them to displays as appropriate.
- Assess customer needs and suggest products and services that fit those needs.
- Provide product and service information and help customers make selections with confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
- Keep the workstation or kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
- Submit paperwork completely and accurately.
- Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks.
