About The Position

HP and 2020 Companies are hiring a part-time HP Retail Sales Associate to represent HP in a Best Buy store. The role involves demonstrating HP products, helping customers find products that fit their needs, creating a memorable customer experience, and building professional relationships with store management and employees. The representative also trains store associates on HP products and services, maintains clean and functional displays, and reports sales activity and competitive insights. This role offers up to 15 hours per week based on availability and store needs, with flexible weekday shifts and some weekends required. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn a weekly performance bonus of up to $100 based on individual sales performance. The bonus program may change at the company's discretion. Requirements

At least one year of job experience is required in the initial qualifications section.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Six months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience is listed in the qualifications section.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores.
Engage customers, build rapport, and create memorable customer experiences.

Submit paperwork completely and accurately.
Contribute to team efforts by completing related work as needed.
Maintain customer confidentiality.
