HP PC Sales Representative
About The Position
The HP PC Sales Representative is a part-time retail sales role at Best Buy 1790 in Jacksonville, Florida. The representative demonstrates premium HP PCs and accessories, engages customers through hands-on demonstrations, and explains product features, including artificial intelligence and other PC innovations. The role also involves building relationships with retail partners and store associates, supporting product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, functional, demo-ready workstation. The position pays $19.00 per hour, based on location and experience, with the opportunity to earn a weekly performance bonus of up to $100 based on individual sales performance. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, for up to 14 hours per week. Paid online training and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement are offered.
Requirements
- At least one year of job experience is required, as stated in the position overview.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories in a retail store.
- Engage customers, build rapport, assess their needs, and recommend products and services.
- Use hands-on demonstrations to explain product features and innovations, including AI technology.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with retail partners and store associates.
- Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, services, and PC innovation.
- Meet or exceed personal monthly and weekly sales goals or quotas.
- Welcome customers, offer assistance, provide product information, and help customers make selections.
- Accurately document and report sales, activity, and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, functional, presentable, and demo-ready workstation or kiosk.
- Submit required paperwork completely and accurately.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
- Contribute to team efforts and related results.
