About The Position

The Overnight Housing Support Specialist provides overnight supervision and support in a bridge home serving up to ten residents, primarily transitional-aged youth who have survived human trafficking. The role helps maintain a safe, stable, orderly, and healing-centered environment by responding to resident needs and crises, conducting wellness checks when appropriate, and upholding house guidelines. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position scheduled Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. (32 hours). The primary work environment is multiple housing sites, including single-family homes and apartments.
