About The Position
The selected applicant needs to provide good customer service, follow policy and procedure, and be able to work independently. Agency preferred qualification: Valid Louisiana Driver's License.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in administrative services, housing management, real estate, or social services.
- Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the required experience.

Responsibilities
- Taking applications and determining eligibility
- Responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations of the Housing Authority and HUD
- Maintain tenant files
- Answer phones
- Type correspondence
- Collect payments
- Complete monthly housekeeping inspections
- Perform annual re-certifications to determine continued eligibility
- Attend training to enhance knowledge of program
