About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing housing or community development projects, preferably with a focus on re-entry or vulnerable populations.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder collaborations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Project management skills daily to coordinate complex housing initiatives, ensuring all components align with strategic goals and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and service providers to create a supportive network for re-entry clients.
