About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Housing Program Software Project Manager for an active RFP opportunity: PHFA 2026-04-OPS-IT-02 - Housing Program Management Software. PHFA is seeking a housing program management platform that supports LIHTC application intake, multi-family asset management, NSPIRE inspections, grant program management, compliance monitoring, reporting, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery planning, requirements, stakeholders, timeline, and implementation readiness for the housing software RFP.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
