We are seeking a full-time Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team. This position provides essential nursing services within the Madison and Granite City Housing Programs, supporting individuals receiving behavioral health, substance use, and primary care services. Level placement (LPN or RN) will be determined based on licensure, experience, and qualifications. This role plays a critical part in delivering integrated, trauma-informed care and ensuring continuity of services across providers and settings. This opportunity will initially begin as a 12-week assignment with strong potential for conversion to a permanent position. The primary work location will be our Madison, IL housing program, where you will support individuals experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Key responsibilities include providing health education, medication management and administration, injections, monitoring client health needs, and coordinating care with health centers and community providers to support overall wellness and recovery. This position offers a flexible Monday–Friday daytime schedule, allowing for work-life balance while delivering impactful care to vulnerable populations. The anticipated starting pay for new hires ranges from $19.85 to $40.84 per hour, depending on licensure, qualifications, and experience. This range encompasses both LPN and RN levels.
