Division Overview: The Housing Division provides safe, affordable housing paired with wraparound supportive services to individuals and families who have experienced chronic homelessness, mental illness, substance use disorders, or other significant barriers to stability. Guided by Housing First principles, the division works to promote long-term housing stability, improve health and well-being, and foster independence by integrating case management, clinical support, and community engagement. Through partnerships with public agencies, funders, and community organizations, the division advances the nonprofit’s mission to reduce homelessness and create equitable pathways to housing security and self-sufficiency. We are currently looking for full-time – Housing Network Developer Starting at $45,000 - $48,000; contingent upon experience, education, etc. Through the Housing Is Recovery program, TASC assists individuals who have substance use disorders or serious mental illness in securing and maintaining stable, affordable housing. Participants receive TASC’s Specialized Case Management® and access to a network of community services that promote recovery, stability, and independence. By combining safe housing with personalized support, TASC helps individuals build the skills and connections needed to thrive in their communities. Position Summary: The Housing Network Developer (HND) supports the HIR program by identifying and expanding safe, affordable housing opportunities for justice-impacted individuals. The HND builds and maintains strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and housing providers to secure units and address barriers to housing access. Working closely with the HIR team, the HND serves as a key liaison–communicating housing availability, lease updates, and any changes affecting client placement. The role also includes developing landlord engagement strategies and ensuring housing quality, client stability, and adherence to education requirements.
