About The Position

Under the direction of the Workforce Development Program Manager, the Housing Monitor performs a wide variety of functions to ensure the support, safety, security and well-being of the Turning Point Center participants and the physical building to assure compliance with established Salvation Army policies and procedures. Incumbent serves as over-night point-of-contact for participants, answers telephones, monitors receptionist desk and security cameras.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Six months of experience working in a residential setting.
  • Additional higher education in a social services or related field, OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Valid Driver’s License and must meet TSA MVR Requirements
  • This position requires a biological female.
