Housing Manager
About The Position
Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is hiring a Housing Manager to work full-time (35-hours per week) based in Crawford County, IN. This position will manage the Crawford County Housing for the Elderly, Marengo Housing for the Elderly, and Milltown Housing for the Elderly properties. The role involves administrative activities, data entry, utilizing housing software programs, and reviewing housing files and documents. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient with paperwork and regulations, and skilled in scheduling, with the ability to work well with the public.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Provide own transportation and vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel both locally and out-of-area as necessary, including travel to other LHDC Housing locations.
- Ability to pass necessary background checks.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in housing management and/or the housing field is preferred.
