About The Position

Supervises and participates in the day-to-day activities necessary for the smooth operation of a lodge, shelter, or house providing housing, food, transportation, and educational assistance. Ensures paperwork is completed and clients follow lodge rules. Ensures compliance with The Salvation Army policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and two years of experience working in a social or public service environment, including experience assisting the public; or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in the day-to-day activities required to operate a lodge, shelter, or house.
• Ensure the facility provides housing, food, transportation, and educational assistance.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and lodge rules are followed by all clients.
• Ensure compliance with The Salvation Army policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
