This non-State position is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties as well as a variety of tasks to assist the housing manager with facilitating site management, obtaining, updating, verifying and documenting information, addressing resident’s needs, and to determining program eligibility. The work involves aiding professional staff by performing such activities as para-professional housing management, clerical and administrative assistant functions and data entry tasks. The incumbent issues and elicits preliminary information and fill out forms and assists clients and residents on the telephone or when walking-in utilizing available resources. Work also involves reviewing monthly reports for completeness and accuracy and keying information into computerized systems.
