Reviews and analyzes applications, reservations, and disbursements for various programs. Analyzes the performance of all projects to ensure compliance with their approved Affordable Housing Program (AHP) application, FHLB policies and Federal Housing Finance Agency regulations. Thinks independently to present data, conclusions, and recommendations taking into account regulations, policies, and guidelines. Collaborates with other FHLB staff, Members and Project Sponsors, and works with a significant amount of autonomy to meet expected deadlines with minimum supervision.
