About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating housing operations and administrative tasks to support students and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Associates Degree plus 1 year experience in a related position.
  • Demonstrated experience with computer systems and electronic spreadsheet programs.
  • Demonstrated experience organizing multiple administrative responsibilities and managing one’s time to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in effective problem solving, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with students, their stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to serving students.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional experience in an administrative role.
  • Two years or more of data management system experience.
  • Residence Life or university housing experience.
