Anchor Co-Living provides short-term post-hospitalization and recuperative care housing for residents who are medically stable but still need a safe, supportive place to recover and prepare for their next housing step. The residents we serve are often navigating health recovery, housing instability, and limited support systems at the same time. This role is central to making each stay purposeful, coordinated, and well documented. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is both relationship-oriented and highly organized. You will work directly with residents during a critical transition period, helping them move from hospitalization or acute health events toward greater stability while ensuring services are documented accurately and on time. For the right person, this is a meaningful next step in housing, case management, or care coordination work because it combines direct resident impact with real ownership of outcomes, compliance, and program quality.
