About The Position
This is a seasonal position at Big Bear Mountain Resort. The Housing Attendant will assist the Housing Supervisor with the daily operations of employee housing properties. This includes performing basic maintenance, assisting with tenant affairs, ensuring housing units are clean and ready for occupancy, and receiving tenant comments, complaints, and requests.
Requirements
- At least twenty-one (21) years old
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Professionalism and strong guest service skills
- Attention to detail
- Timeliness
- Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation
Responsibilities
- Assist the Housing Supervisor with the daily operations of employee housing properties.
- Perform basic maintenance on housing properties.
- Assist with tenant affairs.
- Ensure housing units are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Receive tenant comments, complaints, and requests.
