Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
Experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or other vulnerable populations preferred.
Knowledge of housing resources, landlord/tenant issues, or community resources is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Assist survivors in finding safe, stable, and affordable housing.
Help clients complete housing, rental assistance, and benefit applications.
Build partnerships with landlords, housing providers, and community agencies.
Advocate for survivors as they navigate housing barriers.
Conduct safety planning related to housing and relocation.
Provide crisis intervention, case management, emotional support, and referrals.
Represent Quigley House at community events, meetings, and outreach activities.
Present educational programs on domestic violence, sexual assault, and available services.
Maintain accurate documentation and program data required for grants and contracts.
Collaborate with team members and community partners to ensure survivors receive comprehensive support.
