NeighborImpact's Housing program offers crucial assistance to individuals and families in need within Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson counties, as well as the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. The program can provide eviction prevention and deposit assistance, prioritizing applications based on need rather than a first-come, first-served basis. We value the respect and dignity of all. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in social work, human services, or related field required
  • One year of experience in case management or related services required, can include employment, internships, and long-term volunteer position
  • Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly, even in inclement weather, using personal vehicle required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proof of current auto insurance
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Satisfactory criminal background check
  • Satisfactory motor vehicle records check
  • Complete the Bloodborne Pathogens and Naloxone Training within 90 days of hire
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire
  • Satisfactory ORCHARDs background check completed post hire

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred
  • Professional experience in the field, or a related field, preferred
  • English/Spanish bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing personalized case management and support to clients, ensuring their self-sufficiency and stable housing.
  • Compassionately and professionally conducting screenings and assessments to determine program eligibility.
  • Connecting clients with community resources.
  • Advocating for housing opportunities.
  • Maintaining precise client documentation.
  • Collaborating closely with the Client Services Manager to facilitate client success.
