Housing Analyst

About The Position
Under the general direction of the designated supervisor, manages data and reporting on housing market, real estate, and programs for the County. This position gathers, analyzes, and reports on housing market, real estate, and program data; reviews land development and housing applications; identifies strategic locations for housing; assists with planning and community engagement efforts; and serves as County real estate and housing data expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems, Demographics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or other closely related field
- Three (3) years of professional work experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Educational and/or professional experience using geographic information systems to analyze geographic data and develop maps, databases, and other visualization tools
