About The Position

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile East Bay Daphne is seeking a part-time Hotel Housekeeping Houseperson. The role supports room attendants and helps maintain clean, orderly public areas and housekeeping spaces. It also involves responding to guest requests, handling linens, assisting with event-space setups, and reporting maintenance issues. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills engaging with guests and collaborating with team members.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to room attendants.
Clean public areas, including hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and meeting rooms.
Remove trash and replace garbage bags in common areas.
Keep housekeeping closets and carts stocked and organized.
Assist with deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Respond to guest requests for towels, pillows, blankets, and other amenities.
Assist with luggage handling when required.
Collect, sort, and deliver clean and soiled linens between housekeeping and laundry.
Replace bed linens and towels in designated areas as needed.
Assist with setting up banquet rooms, conference rooms, and event spaces.
Move and arrange furniture as needed for guest needs or maintenance.
Report plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other maintenance issues to the engineering department.
Follow hotel safety procedures and security policies.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.
